This isn’t your average hot yoga class. We’ve woven functional stability work and Pilates and physiotherapy inspired conditioning into a yoga flow designed to strengthen your stabiliser muscles,connective tissue and build serious core strength. In Rock Solid, we work with controlled, intentional effort, move slowly and hold strong postures.

YIN & TONIC

The essential class to unwind and release tension in both body and mind.  These classes have been designed to leave you feeling refreshed, revived and relaxed.  Yin, NLP and Yoga Nidra techniques may be experienced in these classes, to bring you to your natural state of bliss and relaxation.  Perfect for all levels and abilities and especially recommended for athletes and the busy minded!

Our teachers own vinyasa flow based sequence – allowing practitioners to experience an array of poses, balances and teaching styles.

The Yoga Rocks Set Sequence is a universal class for all! The sequence is specifically designed to activate all areas of the body; rounding off with a deep relaxation for the mind. Postures, which can be modified to fit a range of needs and degree’s of challenge, have been hand-picked for this set sequence. Practice this class with freedom and in an non-judgmental environment, the Yoga Rocks way.

HATHA FLOW

ROOTING l GROUNDING l CONNECTION

Going back to the roots of the ancient yogic tradition, this class caters for all levels. Work out your muscles, tendons, joints organs and glands whilst oxygenating from head to toe. Hatha is a time tested system of physical movement, breathing and meditative practices, where asanas are held for longer – designed to increase stability, flexibility, strengthen muscles connective tissue and to improve postures and quieten the mind.

PILATES & HIIT PILATES
TURQUOISE

STRENGTH | ENERGY | STABILITY

Our core based hot and warm Pilates classes utilise movement and resistance to tone and strengthen the body – fostering a greater range of movement, alignment, core stability and focus. Breath is incorporated to deepen the practice and reinforce the mind-body relationship. If you want to include some high intensity work to help increase your fitness that much quicker, then maybe give our HIIT Pilates class a go! These classes are suitable for all experience levels, as adaptations will be offered.

ALIGN & SHINE
TANZANITE

STABILITY | FOCUS | CALM

The align and shine yoga class is a great class for beginners and experienced yogis alike. A focus of this class is to help you find the space to achieve the correct and safe alignment for your body. This is a challenging class, but options will be offered for for all experience levels and for people working with injuries. We recommend experienced yogis to regularly drop into this class to help keep their alignment spot on!

GENTLE FLOW

HEALING | COMPASSION | INSIGHT

This class is centred around body & breath awareness, incorporating foundational yoga poses, with a slow pace and gentle approach to soothe achy hips, backs and shoulders.
There will be lots of options to make the class as physically accessible as possible and space to explore how yoga feels in the body.
Great for both beginners and people with more experience, to refine and reconnect with simplicity, in breath-led movement.

YANG TO YIN
KYANITE

ENERGY | HEALING | RESTORATION

Combining the two styles of yoga, this class increases energy and fitness, whilst promoting healing, relaxation, mental focus and releasing tension.

We will begin with a flow, aiming to energise and gently strengthen muscles and connective tissue whilst improving stamina, flexibility, circulation and strength.

Then we will settle into restorative and Yin postures, which passively stimulate the deeper connective tissues, mindfully sensitising us moment by moment, to body and mind, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, encouraging relaxation and bringing rest to the restless mind.
The longer held Yin poses target the joints, promoting flexibility and preventing stiffness. This can be particularly beneficial for individuals with joint issues or for those looking to maintain joint health over time.
The practice of Yang to Yin yoga helps to balance the endocrine system by stimulating glands and organs through various poses. This balance can positively impact hormone production and regulation in the body.
By combining the complementary elements of Yin and Yang, this style of yoga promotes a holistic approach to well-being, addressing physical, mental, and energetic aspects of health

RESTORE & RESONATE YIN & SOUND BATH WORKSHOP
RED JASPER

RELAXING | GROUNDING | BALANCE

In this 2 hour monthly workshop, Jill will guide you through an extended Yin practice accompanied by a live sound bath, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, harmonium, chanting and essential oils. Come to ease stress, explore experience, rest and be in a community with others for the afternoon. A real treat for the senses to warm you from the inside out.
